James Newcomb, co-author of “Distributed Energy Resources: Policy Implications of Decentralization”, and Bill White, co-author of “Transmission Policy: Planning for and Investing in Wires”, have been invited to present on a regionally-focused webinar about PJM hosted by Americans for a Clean Energy Grid.

The webinar date has been postponed.

The presentations will invite discussion on environmental, economic and political issues including planning, siting and cost allocation.
